Community Residential services include alternative living or companion home services provided in a residential home that can house 2-6 residents. They will be accompanied by caregivers and staff who will provide assistance with individualized support and other needs identified in the resident’s assessment or Person-Centered Service Plan. The services offered to residents include but are not limited to housekeeping, meals, washing laundries, personal care, and assistance with ADLs, among others.
